Well gosh darn, my kitty mitties seemed to be pretty popular. Might have to sell the durn things online. Or sell the pattern. Less work. lol. Yes, this is rambling… just ignore. The good stuff is below…

    I’ve left comments at both of those blogs to let them know they need to do those things. I don’t know if a trackback has gotten to them but there was a comment from Kevin at TaraLee’s blog. Since her comments are on moderation, I don’t know when mine will appear.

    I posted to one of them… the other wouldn’t let me because they had that “google login only” thing still on. Now I don’t remember which it was. *thumps head*

    Donny also needs to add links to his post to be counted. I sent him a note in an FMB vote, too, but not sure if he reads them.

    I contacted Laura about Linda’s contest.

    Laura is a person you tell about a contest and she is happy to blog about it, so keep her at hand, put her in your bookmarks and note her down in your “note her down” book :-)

    As you can see she is quite good in stating the rules :-)

    I had a contest before on my blog and Laura buzzed about it without IMHO participating.

    For sure, Drew. You’d have kicked some serious butt…. maybe given Rotus a run for it. You still did great, though. Top 10.

    Just watch for the next one. I’ve learned a lot from this one and will be doing it again, but with some experience behind me. lol

    P.S. I’m still figuring out a lot of stuff, too. The technical ends of blogging I could do in my sleep. Learning how the communities work - that’s a whole ‘nuther story. lol. : )

    Is it over? I thought the voting went to Christmas day? I never get anything straight. lol I thought we had until the 15th to enter and the 25th for voting. Oh well.

    My cat says everyone should get the kitty mittens… she says we’d all look better with them… and she offered to catch us each a grasshopper for a prize. I tried to explain but she went out in a huff and looked quite indignant.

    I’m not sure what I actually qualified for… all the prizes sound good so if I won anything I’m happy. :)

    Hey, Ruthie…. can you post me the link to your contest entry? I didn’t see it on the FMB entry page, but we can still add it. A dozen winners could be a baker’s dozen, no problem. I’ll just add in another set of kitty mitties so we have a baker’s dozen prizes, too.

    lol, Jayleen… you’re not as confused as you think. *I* thought it was going to go until Christmas, too, so I’d originally posted Dec 25 as the last day. Then when it went up on FMB, they said until Dec 15.

    So… to stretch out the fun, I’m going to put up a vote for the most creative entry and *that* voting will go until Dec 25 here on my blog. Cause I hate when a party ends too fast. lol.

    Hi Jayleen…. yup. The FMB votes were used for the part of the contest up to Dec 15.

    I’m building a little vote box that I’m going to post here shortly. It will link to all the entries and allow voting from now until Christmas.

    I have chosen the Hidup bag although I love all the prizes here, it was such a struggle to pick from them.

    I shall carry my bag with pride knowing it is such a unique prize and that it means so much to those who created it :-)

    Jezah says Kitty Mitties!! And she’s going to give them to me since that’s why she entered. When I asked her what I should choose, her look seemed to imply a ‘DUH’…

    Although for me it was a tough choice since I luuuv candles and bath stuff. The Sparkle Pillar Set sounds gorgeous and delightfully scented. And the tub truffles sound sooooo sooothing… but unless I want all 6 or perhaps all 12 front claws at me, I’m going to play it safe and take the Kitty Mitties…

    Shite, Jayleen….. I kin MAKE us some thinkin’ caps, if that’s all we need. I was worried about that brain part, too. Mine goes on vacation at the oddest times. But caps, I can DO. I have TWO sewing machines. LOL

    P.S. Linky… I think that picking prizes has something to do with the popularity of this page… but was also curious to see how other blogs get *their* traffic, too. For me, the Douglas Karr method works best. When I comment a couple of times on other people’s blogs (until my name sticks in their head) - they often come to check out my blog, too.
