Apple sends Cease and Desist to 9 year old girl
Apple computers sent a cease and desist letter to a nine year old girl that had written them with ideas for making the ipod nano better. Watch the video, it’s unbelievable. Article here…

Apple has since called and apologized to the little girl, and sent a letter of apology as well. They have also notified the family and the media that they are modifying their policies on how to respond to people that have suggestions.
Why do so many big companies need to get bad press before they actually LOOK AT how they do business. It’s sad. Just sad.
